Yunjinglin Paper originally had 5 132kw screw machines, 3 250kw screw machines and 1 280kW screw machine. Among them, the 250kW unit is dual-use and one standby. The equipment is outdated, the maintenance cost is high, the exhaust volume is insufficient, and the company has energy-saving indicators, so the company has a strong demand for energy-saving transformation. Through field surveys, all units were replaced with 4 250kW power frequency air compressors, 1 132kW power frequency air compressor and 1 132kW variable frequency air compressor, leaving 1 132kW and 1 250kW unit as backup machines .

After the implementation of this energy-saving project, it saves customers about 929,002.752 yuan of electricity costs (based on electricity price 0.4 yuan / kWh), the air compressor equipment has been updated for free, the gas supply also meets the expansion of production capacity, and customers also get from the energy-saving benefits Sharing, and more importantly, the completion of the monthly energy saving target issued by the group company has created benefits for the company.
